Role Description:

The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working on qualified leads, and building a sustainable sales pipeline for cosmetic manufacturing and private label services. The person in this position will conduct market research, develop and deliver client pitches, manage negotiations, and close deals with brand owners.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and proposals,



and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. The executive will also track performance metrics, prepare business reports, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development skills, with a track record of converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Candidates should have experience in B2B sales, preferably in cosmetics, or manufacturing, and be comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Candidates should have robust analytical and negotiation abilities, and sound understanding of the sales cycle.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 2–5 years of relevant business development experience.
