As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be part of a agile team that focuses on Workday Human Capital, leveraging your skills to address complex business challenges and enhance client satisfaction. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide others through complex scenarios. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using your skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes.

Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
Leading client engagements by managing workstreams and delivering tailored solutions in Workday HCM
