Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials, components, fabricated parts, electrical items and consumables
- Issue materials to production and assembly departments as per approved requisitions Maintain FIFO practices and proper stock rotation:
- Update inward and outward entries in SAP/ERP system
- Maintain records of GRNs, stock registers, issue slips and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts and production departments for material tracking Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports:
- Monitor stock levels and inform management regarding shortages or reorder requirements
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Minimize inventory discrepancies, damages and material losses




- Coordinate with outsourced vendors for inward/outward movement various components Ensure proper labelling and organized storage layout within the stores:
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline in the stores area
- Ensure materials are properly packed and documented before dispatch.
- Preparations of Documents require for material dispatch to process / repair / replace.
- Material dispatch through Courier / local transport as per the Tax invoice / Delivery Note.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
