Position:
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Loan Syndication and bilertal loans
- Reviewing and processing of Settlement Doc of Loan
- Checking, processing Life cycle events such as Drawdown, Rollovers, RateSet, Paydown and others
- Have a knowledge of Global loan system like WSO/MARKIT/CLEARPAR
- Handling client queries on Life cycle event and tradesKnowledge in Warehousing stage of CLO, CLO compliance check, CLO waterfall
- Profile Requirement:
- Any Post Graduate in Commerce / Finance domain with good academic track record
- Positive knowledge on capital markets
- Should have 2-8 years of relevant Loan Syndication / Loan Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ready to work in different shift timings (Including Night Shifts)
