Position Overview:
We are hiring a motivated IT Recruiter - US Staffing with 1-3 years of experience to join our onsite recruitment team in Vadodara. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordination for US-based IT requirements during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job portals and LinkedIn
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Positive understanding of US recruitment cycle and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099 preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to MSP/VMS hiring model
- Understanding of IT technologies and skill mapping
