About The Role
Qonfido is building an AI companion for money—helping people organise, understand, and grow their wealth with clarity and confidence.
We are looking for a curious, proactive Investment Associate who genuinely cares about how people engage with money, mutual funds, and investing—and can turn that curiosity into useful research and clear communication.
This is a hands-on role in the Founder's Office: you will sit close to product, strategy, and content, helping us understand what users need, what the market is doing, and how to explain complex finance simply.
You will not be picking stocks or giving investment advice. You will research, synthesise,
and help shape product-facing insights and educational content that makes mutual funds easier to understand and trust.

What you'll own
User Research
Identify recurring questions, confusion points, and unmet needs from users across chat, support, social, and feedback channels.
Run lightweight research: interview notes, question clustering, journey mapping, and insight briefs for founders and product.
Translate raw user signals into actionable themes—not just a list of complaints.
Help prioritise which user problems deserve product, content, or education responses.
Financial Market & Mutual Fund Product Research
Research relevant topics in Indian mutual funds: categories, fund structures, market trends, and common investor misconceptions.
