Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Analyze and support Revenue Management processes including pricing, contract management, tender execution, discounts, rebates, accruals, chargebacks, and post-invoice commercial flows.
Capture, structure, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, reporting needs, and data requirements.
Assess current business processes, identify gaps, and drive the transition from As-Is to To-Be process models aligned with business objectives.
Support harmonization of Revenue Management processes across European markets while balancing local country requirements and global standards.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Country Organizations, SAP, CRM, Data, and Integration teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring requirements are prioritized, designed, tested, and implemented successfully.
Support the design and validation of integrations, pricing logic, reporting outputs,



and data flows across SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA, CRM systems, pricing platforms, and analytics solutions.
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation including BRDs, FRDs, traceability matrices, data specifications, integration specifications, and process documentation.
KPI: Successful delivery of Revenue Management solutions that improve process standardization, compliance, and business adoption across European markets.

Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
10–12 years of functional IT experience, preferably within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, generics, biosimilars, or other highly regulated industries.
