Key Responsibilities:
Experience Required:
- 1 Year to 4 Years
- Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records of factory workers
- Handle recruitment of blue-collar workforce (operators, helpers, supervisors)
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, factory regulations)
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
- Handle grievances and employee relations at the plant
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts team
- Monitor discipline, safety practices, and HR policies implementation
- Liaise with contractors and manage contract labour
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
