Key Requirements
3–6+ years of US IT Staffing / US Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end US recruitment.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, job boards, Boolean Search, and internal databases.
Solid understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and US staffing processes.
Good knowledge of US work authorization/visa categories and US employment practices.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, vendors, or implementation partners is preferred.
Ability to understand technical requirements and recruit across IT, Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, etc.
Strong candidate screening, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Experience working with ATS/CRM systems such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to meet submission, interview, and placement targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable working US Night Shift from the Chennai office.
