Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute showroom-level and digital marketing campaigns to drive footfall, leads, and bookings for Triumph motorcycles, including current launches such as the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating promotional events, managing social media and online presence, creating marketing content and collateral,



and tracking campaign performance and customer engagement metrics. The role involves close collaboration with sales and showroom teams to align marketing activities with business targets, oversee local partnerships and sponsorships, and ensure consistent brand representation in all customer touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and support long-term growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning for retail or automotive environments.
Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, online lead generation, and performance tracking.
Ability to create and manage marketing content and materials, including basic copywriting, briefing designers, and coordinating vendors.
