Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels,



screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for multiple roles and levels. The role involves partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role specifications, and support workforce planning. The Recruiter will handle job postings, employer branding activities, and candidate communication to provide a professional and inclusive experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data and reports, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and hiring managers.
