Job Description -

Position:
- MIS Executive (Engineering/Electrical Background)

Qualification: - Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience: -1 to 5 years experience in engineering/project reporting preferred

Location - Pratap Nagar Nagpur
- Good knowledge of electrical terms, site activities, and project execution

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily work progress updates
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and execution status reports
- Collect and update data related to manpower, material, work progress, and pending activities
- Submit daily progress reports to management in the evening
- Take next day execution plans from site teams and update planning sheets
- Maintain records of project activities, work schedules, and site communications
- Track project progress against planned targets




- Prepare Excel reports, summaries, and presentations as required
- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of site activities

Required Skills:
- Positive understanding of electrical project terminology and execution activities
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting formats
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to follow up with multiple sites and teams
- Basic understanding of project planning and documentation

Preferred Industry:
- Electrical contracting
- Utility shifting projects
- Infrastructure / Metro / Construction projects
