Source and evaluate packaging materials and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that packaging materials and finished products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of packaging processes to identify and address any quality issues or compliance concerns.
- Plan and coordinate packaging production schedules to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
- Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Communicate project status updates and report on key metrics to senior management.




- Evaluate the environmental impact of packaging materials and processes and identify opportunities for sustainability improvements.
- Develop and implement initiatives to reduce packaging waste, increase recyclability, and promote sustainable packaging practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in packaging operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement safety training programs for packaging personnel and enforce safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to packaging specifications, materials, production processes, and quality control activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
