About the role
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Marketplace Manager who can take complete ownership of marketplace operations, onboarding, growth and day-to-day management across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
You will work with multiple consumer brands and be responsible for building and managing their presence across:
Amazon
Flipkart
Blinkit
Zepto
Swiggy Instamart
Other relevant marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms
This is not a purely coordination or account-management role. We are looking for someone who understands the actual backend operations of marketplaces and can independently execute, troubleshoot and grow accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Onboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding of brands and products on Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce platforms.
Handle seller/vendor registration, KYC, GST, brand documentation and platform requirements.
Coordinate with marketplace teams for approvals and issue resolution.
Launch new SKUs and ensure products are live and discoverable.
2. Catalog Management
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, attributes and keywords.
Manage product images, variations, pricing and catalog quality.
Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings and content issues.
Improve product visibility and conversion through marketplace optimization.
3. Marketplace Operations
Manage daily operations across marketplace dashboards.
Monitor orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and account health.
Track stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
Resolve marketplace tickets, operational issues and escalations.
Ensure products remain active and available for purchase.
4. Quick-Commerce Management
Manage onboarding and operations across Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
