Role Description The Special Education Specialist will provide individualized educational and behavioural support to children with neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges in an on-site setting in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves assessing learner needs, designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and integrating behavioural strategies aligned with ABA-informed principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small group sessions, supporting skill development in academics, social communication, and daily living, and tracking progress through structured observation and documentation. The specialist will collaborate closely with behaviour therapists, psychologists, and families, participate in parent training and guidance sessions, and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment planning. The role also includes maintaining ethical and professional standards, preparing reports, and engaging in regular team meetings
