About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in South Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy client interaction, and are motivated by high earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the South Mumbai real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Own two-wheeler preferred for client meetings and site visits





Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, references, and market activities
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
- Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
