Key Responsibilities:
- Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes across departments and recommend automation solutions.
- Implement, manage, and optimize AI tools, automation workflows, and productivity solutions across the organization.
- Research, evaluate, and deploy new AI technologies, tools, and platforms based on business requirements.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
- Automate lead generation, lead qualification, CRM updates, follow-ups, reporting, and sales workflows.
- Analyze departmental workflows and recommend process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Support development teams by implementing AI-assisted coding, documentation, project management, testing, and productivity tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on automation performance, productivity improvements, time savings, and return on investment (ROI).

Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science,



Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Must have atleast 01 to 03 years of experience in AI tools, automation, digital transformation, business operations, or process improvement.
- Robust knowledge of AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, and CRM automation tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to work closely with both Marketing and Development teams to drive AI adoption and process automation.
