About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Associate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives for AIC-NMIMS' entrepreneurship programs, startup events, and incubation initiatives. This role focuses on digital marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, content creation, and brand communication across multiple channels, including Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and influencer collaborations. You will ensure our programs achieve maximum visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive enrolments through data-driven marketing strategies, engaging creatives, and consistent brand messaging.

Day - to - Day Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions), and implement data-driven optimizations.




- Create and manage WhatsApp marketing and remarketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve enrolment conversions.
- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and student ambassadors to increase brand awareness and program outreach.
- Develop engaging marketing creatives using Canva, including social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate with the content and outreach teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns for entrepreneurship programs, startup events, workshops, and incubation initiatives.

What You Bring:
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing (internships count)
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation
- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign optimizati
