Responsibilities:
- Incoming raw material inspection and verification.
- In-process quality checks during extrusion, bunching, stranding operations.
- Final inspection and testing of finished cables as per customer specifications and applicable standards.
- Maintaining quality records, test reports, and inspection documents.
- Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with IS, IEC, RoHS, and customer-specific requirements.
- Monitoring production processes to minimize rejection and rework.
- Coordination with Production, Dispatch, and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.
- Calibration and upkeep of testing instruments.
- Conducting routine laboratory testing and reporting results.

Required Skills:




- Knowledge of cable testing instruments (Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Spark Tester, Insulation Resistance Tester, Tensile Testing Machine, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of IS:694, IS:9968, IS:1293 standards related to wires and cables.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
