Purpose
This role oversees and organizes all production operations activities across multiple production areas.Key Missions
We are hiring for a Production Engineer based in Navi Mumbai.

Key roles and responsibilities include:
Leads team members in Production environment (including warehouse, vault, production quality control, dispatch, inventory)



to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, etc.Assists with the implementation of lean methodology and health, safety, and environment practicesCommunicates with team members on all issuesProvides performance evaluation inputs to the supervisorPrepares work schedules and assigns workers production line tasks and machine planning as per dispatch plannedTrains and supervises new team members to ensure process adherence via training materials like SOP, WI, or on-the-job training to implement customer requirementsCoordinates with other departments regarding other activities to ensure production flowSupervises para-skilled employeesSets day-to-day operational objectives for teamFaces problems that may be difficult but typically not complexEnsures policies, practices and procedures are under
