Your Role:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities, from problem discovery and requirement definition through delivery and user adoption. Lead business requirement gathering and solution shaping by engaging with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
- Convert business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives. Provide functional leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, including Business Analysts, developers, data scientists, and ML engineers.




- Guide and review the outputs of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality documentation, traceability, and alignment with business intent. Act as the central point of collaboration between business, data, and technology teams, balancing priorities, constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards, working closely with data and architecture teams. Contribute to product roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking. Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making through clear articulation of trade-offs, risks, and outcomes

Your Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles delivering enterprise technology solutions. Solid experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for complex business and technology
