NextStep Nexus is a Canada-based education consulting company helping students with university admissions, study permits, and career pathways in Canada and other countries.

We are looking for experienced, English-fluent Outbound Sales professionals based in India to join our remote team. Your role will be to contact warm-to-cold leads from our database, build quick rapport, qualify their interest in studying abroad, and book high-quality appointments for our Canadian admissions advisors.

This is not a closing/sales role — you focus on prospecting, qualifying, and setting appointments only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (phone + WhatsApp voice where needed) to prospective students and parents from our existing lead database
- Clearly explain our education consulting services and study-abroad benefits in fluent, professional English
- Qualify leads based on their academic profile, budget, timeline, and motivation
- Professionally handle objections and guide conversations toward booking an appointment




- Book confirmed appointments directly into the calendar of our senior Canadian admissions team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and qualified appointments booked

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4+ years of experience in outbound sales, technical sales, B2C sales, tele-sales, or call center (international process preferred)
- Excellent spoken English with transparent, confident, and neutral accent — must be comfortable speaking with clients from Canada.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and rejection
- Experience using CRM systems (any CRM experience is fine)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work-from-home setup
- Willingness to work in Canada time zone alignment (evening shifts in India — partial or full overlap)
