Job Title: Site Supervisor - Power Transmission Line

Location: Arunachal Pradesh / Pan India

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities related to transmission line projects.
- Monitor tower foundation, tower erection, stringing, and associated civil works.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPRs), and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Track material receipts, consumption, and inventory at the site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare measurement sheets and support billing activities.
- Report project progress, issues, and risks to the Project Manager.
- Participate in site inspections and client meetings as required.

Requirements:




- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in power transmission line, substation, or infrastructure projects.
- Basic knowledge of transmission line construction activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work at project sites in Arunachal Pradesh.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of tower erection and stringing activities.
- Understanding of project billing and measurement sheets.
- Ability to work in remote project locations.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 Per Month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
