Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze customer requirements.
Develop customized TDL-based solutions for Tally.
Customize and enhance Tally features based on business requirements.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time with proper testing and quality.
Coordinate with customers and the internal team to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Provide technical support and make necessary modifications based on customer feedback.
Maintain proper documentation of developed solutions.
