Who are we looking for?
- MBA from premium business school
- Few years of industry experience (may not be from consulting industry) with proven track record
- Core competency in at least one of these areas:

1. Organisation Transormation
2. Marketing and Sales
3. Strategy
4. Digital Transformation
5. Operations
6. Finance
- Passion in problem solving. Ability to connect different types of data, working with incomplete data sources and coming up with new insights

Our Recruitment Model2. Clearly mention, in the cover letter, your area/s of interest among the six areas mentioned above. You should mention at least one area and the reason for selecting the same
3. Once we receive your CV and Cover Letter, we shall call you for an interview
4. If there is a positive fit, we shall empanel you as our consultant and invite you for intervention on project basis
5. The nature, duration and compensation of intervention will vary from one project to another
