Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Senior Specialist with strong expertise in Manual Testing to join our QA team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications by preparing test scenarios, executing test cases,



identifying defects, and working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of testing activities, guide team members where needed, and work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, delivery managers, and other stakeholders. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle, defect life cycle, and quality processes within an Agile or project-based delivery setting.

As a senior member of the QA function, the Test Senior Specialist will play an important role in improving test coverage, maintaining testing standards, supporting delivery timelines, and ensuring that the final product meets business and customer expectations.
