Role Overview
The Project Manager – OEM Team will be responsible for driving end-to-end onboarding and implementation of OEM partners, dealers, and financing programs. The role involves managing cross-functional projects across Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure successful launch and scaling of OEM financing partnerships.
The incumbent will act as a central coordinator between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely execution of projects, process automation initiatives, system integrations, and operational readiness while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. OEM Partner Onboarding & Program Launch
Manage end-to-end onboarding of current OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and dealer networks.
Lead implementation of customized financing programs aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate partner requirements, documentation, approvals, and launch activities.
Ensure timely rollout of financing programs across designated dealer locations.




Develop project plans and implementation roadmaps for new partnerships.
2. Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
Prepare project schedules and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Track project progress and proactively address delays or dependencies.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure successful project closure with proper documentation and sign-offs.
3. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Risk, Credit, Operations, Sales, Product, Compliance, Technology, Legal, and Finance teams.
Act as the single point of contact for project-related communication and issue resolution.
Align internal processes with partner requirements while maintaining business controls.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure timely completion of action items.
