JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across product and operations portfolios.
- Provide transparent narrative and insight into financial results, including drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging automation, data, and emerging technologies to modernize processes and enable scalable growth.
- Partner with Operations and Real Estate stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of resources.
- Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, standardizing processes, and enhance resiliency.
- Build strong partnerships with CFOs, Ops Product Heads, Operations leaders, and functional stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-level team (Analysts through VPs) across multiple disciplines.
- Drive talent strategy, succession planning, and capability building, particularly in analytics, automation, and strategic thinking.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Finance,



Operations, Strategy, or Business Management within a global financial institution.
- Proven ability to partner with CFOs and senior executives, influencing strategic decisions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, Finance, or related field).
- Experience in Operations, Location Strategy, or Corporate Real Estate/Workplace Strategy with be a plus.
- Exposure to data and digital transformation (e.g., automation, advanced analytics, AI/ML).
