Role Description The Business Development Manager – HDFC Life Agency Channel is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves recruiting,



onboarding, and mentoring agency partners and Financial Consultants, and supporting them to achieve their business targets. The manager will drive sales of HDFC Life’s insurance products, plan and execute business development activities, and build solid, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, conducting training sessions, organizing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to support product knowledge, resolve operational issues, and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets in financial services or insurance.
