About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and stock.
- Scan, verify, and update inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Perform inward and outward stock entries accurately.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of products.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams for stock movement.
- Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure timely shipment processing.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and handling merchandise as required.




- Generate inventory and stock movement reports for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma / PUC (12th Pass).
- Certification in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations is an added advantage.

Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, merchandising, or logistics.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience with barcode scanners and stock management systems.
- Good understanding of inward and outward stock processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Inventory Software).
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
