Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and any one South Indian language:
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective participants and customers.
- Explain event details, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with participants and assist them in purchasing tickets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
