Job Summary

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and any one South Indian language:
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and coordinate with participants regarding upcoming events.
- Explain event details, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
- Assist customers throughout the ticket purchasing process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into ticket sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Address customer concerns and provide timely support.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
