Title: Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance
Location: Sion, Mumbai

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable tax regulations.:
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
- Coordinate and lead internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.




- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in finance and accounting operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with significant exposure to financial management and team leadership.
- Strong expertise in closing of books, tax compliance, and audit management.:
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and accounting standards.:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.:
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
