We are looking for – Home Loan Sales professionals with strong open-market Home Loan/LAP sales experience and an established market network.
? Generate business through Real Estate Builders, Connectors, DSAs, CAs & Finance Consultants
? Onboard and manage channel partners to ensure regular lead flow
? Handle the complete sales cycle from lead sourcing to sanction and disbursement
? Achieve ₹2 Cr+ monthly disbursement targets
? Robust local market relationships and excellent communication skills are essential
✅ Mandatory:
• 1+ year experience in Open Market Home Loan/LAP Sales
• Experience onboarding Builders/Connectors/DSAs
• Proven ₹2 Cr+ monthly disbursement
• Strong market network and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with 0.4%–0.5% channel commission structure
