We’re Hiring: SEO/SEM Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SEO/SEM Specialist who understands how search is evolving beyond traditional rankings.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO, technical SEO, content optimization, paid search, and AI-driven search visibility.
You will be responsible for improving organic traffic, search visibility, website performance, lead generation, and paid campaign ROI across major search platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis
Build and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall website authority
Analyze websites and identify opportunities related to technical SEO, content, structure, internal linking, user experience, and performance
Identify technical SEO issues manually, including issues that may not always be detected by SEO tools
Perform regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements
Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, content structure, and internal linking
Develop and implement off-page SEO and authoritative link-building strategies
Monitor backlink quality and identify harmful or low-quality backlinks
Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO best practices
Improve website crawlability, indexability, site archit
