Senior Privacy Compliance Specialist

The Senior Privacy Compliance Specialist supports the development, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the organization’s Privacy Compliance Program. This role helps ensure compliance with applicable federal and state privacy and data-security requirements governing the organization’s business activities and associated persons.



The Senior Privacy Compliance Specialist works collaboratively across the organization to identify and manage privacy compliance risk and support established internal and external regulatory frameworks.

What You Will Do

Participate in privacy compliance initiatives, projects, and program enhancements.
Draft and maintain corporate privacy policies, procedures, and consumer privacy notices.
Support privacy and data-security incident response activities.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy compliance policies, procedures, monitoring and testing, issues management, training, and reporting.
Apply applicable federal and state privacy and data-security requirements, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, HIPAA, and applicable SEC and FINRA requirements.
Enhance and maintain the organization’s privacy risk assessment.
