About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience to lead our MIS & Financial Reporting function.



The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP), month-end close, audit management, and internal controls. The Candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, high-growth organization

What you will do
Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / US Standard, IFRS and Companies Act requirements
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports
Drive closure of books as per management defined timelines and improve month-end closing processes
Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other regulatory audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors and ensure time
