We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and drive business growth while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day spa operations and service quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise spa therapists and support staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns.
- Achieve revenue targets through service and product sales.
- Monitor staff schedules, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
