Role Summary:-
We are seeking a Database Administrator to support the implementation, administration, maintenance, and performance of enterprise database systems.
Key Responsibilities:-
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database systems.
Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Manage database backup, recovery, and restoration activities.
Support high availability and cluster/failover database environments.
Investigate and resolve database-related incidents and technical issues.
Support database security and administration activities.
Maintain relevant technical documentation and operational procedures.
Skills & Requirements:-
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.




3?5 years of relevant experience in database administration and enterprise database environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (essential).
Experience with MySQL and/or Oracle will be advantageous.
Knowledge of database installation, upgrades, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Experience with database backup and recovery, including tools such as Symantec NetBackup.
Knowledge of high-availability and cluster/failover technologies, such as Microsoft Cluster and SQL Server Always On.
Experience with database security tools such as Imperva Database Firewall will be advantageous.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
