Job Overview:

As our Creative & Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand communicates visually across all digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, employer branding, and leadership teams to craft engaging designs that reflect our culture of innovation, people-centricity, and technology excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Your design should speak our brand ideology and language.
Design creatives for social media, webinars, ads, presentations, case studies, and events.
Collaborate with content and campaign teams to deliver assets on brand and on time.
Create and maintain visual templates and brand style guides.
Contribute to web page layout, infographics, and digital storytelling.
Manage creative consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements

Requirements:
Motivated to create something new. Go beyond boundaries for design innovations.




Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro) or Canva Pro.
Strong sense of design composition, typography, and color balance.
Ability to create motion graphics or short videos (bonus).
Experience in B2B or tech brand design preferred.
