In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of technical, systems, and functional architecture views, design documentation, security documentation, and technical plans. You will work closely with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate strategic objectives into effective Dynamics CRM solutions.

Develop, configure, and provide ongoing support for custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with customer business processes and requirements.
Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 Online applications.
Develop and maintain existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM to support system engineering lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, department leads, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and define CRM-based solutions.
