Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design for smart homes, from concept development and planning to detailed drawings and coordination with engineering and construction teams. This role includes collaborating with clients to understand requirements, translating needs into functional and aesthetic designs, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.

Architect will work closely with software and integration teams to incorporate smart home technologies into designs, oversee project milestones, and support on-time, on-budget delivery. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing design documentation, guiding junior team members, and collaborating with project managers to resolve design and execution issues.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create practical, innovative, and sustainable residential designs.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to smart home solutions, IoT systems, and automated building technologies.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure/registration is preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms).
- Knowledge of Indian building codes, local regulations, and best practices in residential construction.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor junior architects, and work on-site in a quick-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Prior experience in smart homes, high-tech residential projects, or design-build environments is an advantage.
