Roles and Responsiblities

Knows the different type of machine tools like Turning, VMC, HMC,

Machines along with Machining process knowledge.

Basic Knowledge about CNC Programming

CMM report understanding and according to it corrections in Machine Program.

Fixture – Basic Knowledge

Trouble Shooting during Machining Process

Reads complex technical drawings.

Experience in Cutting tool Selection, parameters, analysis, and Actions.

Deep knowledge of Machining Process

Corrective action analysis in case of any deviations.

Extracting best cycle time.

Tool Trials and tracking

Find the areas for productivity improvement.

Tool Failure analysis and action plan

Identify the cost reduction areas.

Valuable knowledge in Excel calculations and Power point presentations.

Good in communication skill.

MIS report updating.
