About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented Admissions Manager / Senior Admission Counsellor to lead student admissions and parent counselling for our school.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education sales, admissions counselling, lead conversion and parent handling. Candidates currently or previously working with coaching institutes, EdTech companies, universities, premium schools or education businesses are encouraged to apply.

This is a business-development and admissions-focused role, not a conventional front-desk counselling position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete admissions funnel from enquiry to admission
- Handle incoming leads through phone, WhatsApp and in-person counselling
- Understand the family's requirements and effectively present the school's academic and extracurricular strengths
- Convert enquiries into school visits
- Conduct personalised campus tours and parent counselling
- Follow up systematically with prospective parents and drive applications and fee payments
- Handle objections related to fees, academics, location, transportation, competition and other schools
- Maintain an updated database/CRM of all prospective students
- Track daily leads, calls, visits, applications and conversions
- Meet monthly and annual admission targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective parents
- Work closely with the Principal, management and marketing team to improve admission conversions
- Identify opportunities for generating new admission leads through local networks, references and outreach
- Analyse the admissions funnel and continuously improve conversion rates

What We Are Looking For

- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and conversion mindset
- Confident in speaking with parents and handling objections
- Proven ability to work against targets
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing multiple prospects
- Professional personality and presentable appearance
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of admission targets

Preferred

Candidates with a proven track record of achieving admission/sales targets will be strongly preferred.

Experience in selling high-value education programmes or counselling parents/students is an advantage.
