The dealership provides a complete motorcycle ownership experience, including Royal Enfield motorcycle sales, Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA), riding gear and merchandise sales, and motorcycle servicing for customers of both Riders Corner and other Royal Enfield dealerships.

Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.

The Senior

Accountant will prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, reconcile bank and vendor accounts, and ensure accurate recording of inventory and fixed assets. The role also includes monitoring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations, supporting audits, improving internal controls, and providing financial insights to management to support decision-making.

Accountant will collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and management teams to ensure financial data is timely, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, and financial systems).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and inventory accounting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Several years of progressive accounting experience.
