URGENT HIRING – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

POSITION

Senior Accountant – Hospital Finance & Accounts

QUALIFICATION

- CA / CA Inter / M.Com (Finance)
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management
- Relevant professional certification/registration as applicable

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Hospital / Healthcare industry is mandatory
- Candidates with leadership / team-handling experience will be preferred
- Experience in hospital finance & accounts operations will be an added advantage

SALARY

? ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per Month

- Salary budget can be increased for candidates with solid experience, qualifications and relevant expertise

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day hospital accounting and finance operations
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals and financial records
- Handle accounts payable, receivables, billing and reconciliations
- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports
- Conduct bank, vendor and inter-departmental reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure accurate recording and timely closure of accounts
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors,



banks and statutory authorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation and financial regulations
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with hospital departments for finance-related matters
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Lead the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support hospital management in financial analysis and decision-making

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
- Good understanding of hospital accounting processes
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, responsible and organized approach
