About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to take complete ownership of the organization's accounting and finance functions. The role will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, strengthening internal controls, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &

• Financial Management

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital.

Compliance & • Controls




- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and identify potential financial risks.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.

Budgeting & • Financial Planning
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
- Provide management with actionable financial insights for business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
