We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager - Legal to drive regulatory compliance, litigation strategy, and legal governance across one of the fastest-growing consumer businesses in the country. Responsibilities

- Lead strategic litigation management and ensure timely legal actions and representation
- Maintain a comprehensive litigation database with quarterly business reporting
- End-to-end compliance of licenses & regulatory requirements across all units
- Ensure product label and promotional material compliance (FSSA, Legal Metrology, IPR)
- Conduct legal due diligence for new projects and plant expansions and liaise with authorities for statutory permissions, subsidies & government approvals
- Property due diligence and documentation for land/industrial transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders ensuring timely legal guidance

Requirements

- LLB / LLM qualification
- 15 years experience in legal functions within F&B; / FMCG / Pharma setups
- Strong knowledge of FSSA, Legal Metrology & industry regulatory landscape




- Excellent communication & negotiation capabilities
- Ability to lead decisions, resolve conflicts and influence outcomes at leadership level
