Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.

Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication.

Resolve customer queries within the given timeline.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process.

Robust technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Fluent English communication skills (C1 Level Mandatory).

Excellent verbal and listening skills.





Ability to handle international customers professionally.

Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and fluent English may also apply.

Pay: ₹32,030.62 - ₹39,315.76 per month
