Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Consultation
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions through calls and chat platforms.
- Understand client health concerns, requirements, and expectations.
- Provide appropriate guidance on healthcare services and treatment options.
- Deliver accurate and empathetic information to prospective clients.

2. Sales & Conversion
- Counsel prospective clients and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
- Drive lead-to-conversion through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maximize revenue generation while maintaining service quality.

3. Lead Management
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from inquiry to conversion.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure proper lead tracking and status updates.

4. Relationship Building
- Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
- Maintain a skilled and patient-centric approach.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the consultation process.

5. Objection Handling
- Resolve concerns related to pricing, treatments, procedures, or service offerings.
- Handle client objections confidently and professionally.
- Guide prospects toward informed decision-making
